Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the second half of 2010s. Aleesha was born into an extended family of athletes. Her father was a bodybuilder while her brothers and sisters were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha played soccer, softball, and basketball before she began bodybuilding when she was 15. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 after she won her first NPC USA Championships. Her first competition was in 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed ninth. In 2015, she maintained the 9th position. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and 2016, in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has steadily progressed and, in 2019, she brought home her first pro title: at the Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. Fourth place was her highest finish. The "World's strongest mother" was forced to rest because of her health.
